We want you to love your Blissy™ products as much as we do, which is why we offer a 60-day risk-free trial on all silk essentials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items for a full refund within 60 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the request.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Silk

  Place the items in their original Blissy™ packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
